For facilities and care teams

You already know
what goes wrong

The pickup time that had already passed before the notification arrived. The dispatch line nobody answers. The resident sitting in a lobby in a coat.

Why we are different to work with

Our founder sat in your chair

Narrow Path was founded by an operations supervisor from this region who spent years on the other side of these calls: building the schedules, taking the complaints, and cleaning up after providers who did not show.

That means we understand what a missed discharge actually costs you. It is not a line on a report. It is a bed you cannot turn, a family in your lobby, a physician asking why, and a nurse spending an hour on the phone that she needed for something else.

Working with us

What a facility account looks like

One point of contact

You are not routed through a call center. You reach a person who knows your building, your standing runs and your residents by name.

Certificate of insurance on file

Provided before the first trip and kept current, with your facility named as certificate holder where your policy requires it.

A straight answer, quickly

If we can take the trip, you get a confirmation. If we cannot, you get a no fast enough to call somebody else. No maybes that expire into a no-show.

Standing runs held on the calendar

Recurring dialysis, infusion and therapy schedules booked once. Changes come from us proactively, not as a surprise on the morning of.

Direct invoicing

Facility-direct billing on agreed terms with trip-level detail, so your finance team can reconcile without chasing us for documentation.

Documentation that holds up

Trip records, signature capture and incident reporting kept to a standard your surveyors and your risk manager can look at without concern.

Before you call

What we can and cannot cover

Partial coverage described honestly is a workable offer. A missed chair is not. So here it is in advance.

We run Monday through Thursday

On a Monday, Wednesday, Friday or a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday dialysis pattern, that covers two of three days. We will say so before you build us into a schedule.

Wheelchair and ambulatory only

No stretcher and no bariatric transport. We will not accept a trip we are not licensed and equipped to run.

Ohio intrastate

Five contiguous counties inside Ohio. We do not run into Northern Kentucky.

Facility direct, not broker

We contract directly with facilities and private clients. We do not currently take trips through Medicaid transportation brokers.

Getting set up

Three steps to an account

An introduction, not a pitch

Fifteen minutes to understand your volume, your standing runs, your problem days and who actually books transport in your building.

Paperwork and insurance

Certificate of insurance, service agreement, billing terms and the escalation contact your team will use when something needs attention now.

Start small and prove it

Begin with a handful of trips rather than a whole schedule. Judge us on those before you move anything that matters.

Facility inquiries

Let us introduce ourselves properly

Tell us your setting and your usual volume, and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well right now.
