Services
What we carry, and how
Two kinds of transport, four kinds of trip, one standard applied to all of them.
Transport type
Wheelchair transport
You stay in your own chair for the entire trip. No transferring into a car seat, no lifting, no being asked to do something your body cannot do today.
Manual and power chairs
Within the rated capacity of the vehicle and its securement system. If a chair is outside that rating, we say so before you book rather than discover it in your driveway.
Four-point securement, every trip
Four straps to the chair, plus a lap and shoulder belt for the passenger. This is not optional and it is not shortened when we are running behind.
Ramp loading, not lifting
Rear-entry ramp access into wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Loading is unhurried, narrated, and done with the passenger, not to them.
Transport type
Ambulatory transport
For passengers who can walk and board with a little help. A cane, a walker, an unsteady morning, or simply nobody available to drive.
A steady arm, offered every time
Assistance to and from the vehicle whether or not it was requested when the trip was booked.
Walkers and mobility aids travel with you
Loaded, secured and returned to you at the door. They do not get left in a trunk at the far end of a parking lot.
Private, never shared
No other passengers, no detours to pick somebody else up, no waiting in a vehicle while a stranger finishes their appointment.
Trip types
Four ways people use us
Standing appointments
Dialysis, infusion, radiation, physical therapy, wound care. Booked once and held on the calendar so nobody has to arrange it again every week.
A note on dialysis. Standing dialysis usually runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Our current operating days cover two of three on either pattern. We will tell you that up front rather than leave you short a chair.
Discharge and transfers
Hospital to home, hospital to skilled nursing, facility to facility. These are the trips that go wrong most often in this industry, usually because nobody answered the phone.
Same-day requests are accepted inside our operating windows when the schedule genuinely allows it. When it does not, you get a clear no quickly, which is worth more than a maybe.
Scheduled one-way and round trip
A single appointment, out and back. We can drop you and return at a set time, or return when you call to say you are finished.
Wait and return
For procedures that require someone to stay on site, or appointments short enough that leaving makes no sense. Your driver stays and brings you home.
Paying for it
How pricing works
Every trip is quoted individually before it is booked. There is no meter running and no invoice that arrives larger than you expected.
A base rate plus loaded mileage
Loaded miles means the miles with you in the vehicle. You are not charged for the drive to reach you.
The number comes first
You get the price in writing before the trip is confirmed, so the decision is yours with full information.
Private pay and facility direct
Families pay us directly. Facilities are invoiced on agreed terms. We do not currently bill Medicaid or transportation brokers.
When we run
Operating days and hours
These are the windows in which trips are accepted, not a promise that every slot inside them is open. When we are full, we say so.

Straight answers
What we do not do
Saying this plainly is faster for you than finding out at the worst moment.
Stretcher transport
We do not provide stretcher transport. It requires separate licensing, equipment and a second crew member, and we will not accept a trip we are not equipped to run.
Emergency or 911 response
We are not an ambulance service in any form. If it is an emergency, call 911.
Bariatric transport
Requires rated equipment beyond our current capability. We will tell you honestly rather than attempt it.
Trips outside Ohio
Our service is Ohio intrastate. That includes trips into Northern Kentucky, which we do not currently accept.
Next step
Tell us about the appointment
Give us the destination, the date and whether a wheelchair is involved. We will take it from there.
